Dennis R. Phifer

Dennis Phifer is Vice President of Construction and Chief Operations Officer for Suncoast Luxury Homes and is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor.

Dennis has extensive knowledge constructing single family and multi-family projects, including projects throughout Florida, Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee. Dennis began his experience by first working for his father more than 35-years ago, who built custom and speculative residential homes throughout Pinellas and Pasco counties of Florida.

Dennis takes the time when meeting with clients to listen and learn their needs, not what he thinks their needs are. He knows too many contractors have the tendency to force what they think the end result should be for clients and the homeowner ends up confused and has the feeling that what they ultimately end with is really not what they envisioned in the first place. Dennis knows that many times the prospective homeowner is investing a large portion of their savings into their new home and they know more than anyone as to what they dream their new home will be like.

Dennis oversees a project from the conceptual stage with his team of design professionals, through the estimating, contract, buy-out, permitting, and construction stages with a heavy emphasis on craftsmanship and the end result. Dennis personally oversees Project Managers and Field Superintendents. Each residential project has its own Project Manager and Project Superintendent assigned to it so as to have one team working with the client and responsible for keeping the project completion on-time and within budget.

Dennis has degrees in Civil Engineering and Accounting/Business from the University of Arkansas. Dennis has international Certification in Project Management as well as having a Master Project Management Certification.

Andrew C. Lynch

Andrew Lynch is Vice President  of Sales and Marketing for Suncoast Luxury Homes and is a State of Florida Certified Builder and has a degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Andrew Lynch has over 30-years of experience in the restoration and remodeling of residential and commercial properties. With his three decades of restoration and remodeling experience, Andrew knows what it takes to deliver a finished product that exceeds the client’s expectations. From the initial client meeting through the design and build phase, he maintains a hands-on approach ensuring direct communication with the client and direct control over our employees and subcontractors.  Andrew maintains that communication is one of the cornerstones of our success and we are driven to have open and consistent dialogue with our clients. Our team’s goal is to deliver a finished product that is unique with perfection, on time, and on budget.

Jo Ann Phifer

Jo Ann Phifer is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Suncoast Luxury Homes.

Jo Ann has extensive knowledge in purchasing methods, writing of subcontracts, formulation of presentations to new clients, blueprint reading, and quantity take-offs.

Jo Ann has the responsibility for all accounting, company insurance compliance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions of the company . She also verifies that all subcontractors and suppliers have the required general liability and workman’s compensation insurances necessary to do business with Suncoast Luxury Homes.

Jo Ann monitors job cost expenses against the estimates as supplied by other members of our team. She ensures all change orders on projects have been approved by the sales and construction departments as well as by the owner. Jo Ann also may aid in helping our clients choose finishes, cabinets, floor and wall coverings, and appliances for their new home.

Jo Ann has a degree in Business Education from Arkansas Sate University and a Masters Degree in Management from Indiana Technical University.
